FOR THE CRAFTING SHOPPER
Come shop for crafting supplies of all kinds - open, partial, surplus, retired and gently used crafting materials of all kinds. Bargains, deals and treasures of all kinds to be found in this one-day event open to everyone.

Doors open to the public from 10AM to 3PM. $2 admission at the door for adults gets you a ticket in the door prize draw for a basket filled with fun crafting items supplied by our vendors.

Plenty of onsite parking - Wheelchair Accessible. First Baptist Church of Hammonds Plains 1839 Hammonds Plains Road.

FOR THE CRAFTING SUPPLIES VENDOR
This event is for Surplus Crafting Materials - This is NOT a craft fair for finished handiwork, but you are welcome to include finished projects if you like. Shoppers will be looking to buy your gently used and surplus crafting materials.

Vendor space available for $20 - ONLY 10 available! - first come first serve.

You will be provided with:

two 6 foot tables and two chairs
one bottle of water and a table gift
Washrooms on site
Plenty of food outlets and restaurants close by - please bring your own lunch. Sorry, no coffee service at this event, but we hope to offer it next time.

Doors open to vendors at 9AM for load in - you must be ready to go at 10AM when doors open to the public! You are responsible to load in and set up your own space. Bring your own table coverings, signage, cash box, bags, boxes, etc.

You or your designated representative must remain at your table and in control of your goods at all times - we will not be providing security or monitoring of any kind, and will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

You must keep your tables and products set up for sale until 3PM when we close the doors to the public. NO EARLY PACKING UP! as this is not fair to shoppers who arrive at 2:30-45 and pay to get in.... You can pack up and clean up your space at 3PM, leaving it as you found it. All garbage and recyclables must be cleaned up and put in the provided receptacles.

You are required to supply one crafting item, valued around $10, for the door prize gift basket. Drawing for this will take place at the end of the day at 3PM. Please feel free to package your business card or any other seller information, catalogues, etc. with this item, so the winner knows where the gifts come from, and how to reach you.

This is an open event for ALL types of surplus crafting supplies - please if you are going to represent yourself as a demonstrator or seller from a particular brand, follow their guidelines and rules for representing your brand at this mixed event.
