Spring Fun-Fold Crafting Retreat

Join crafting friends from far and wide for a fun creative weekend at our In-Person Fun-Fold Crafting Retreat in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia - or - Craft in the comfort of your home from anywhere in Canada with our At-Home Retreat Box Option. Our In-person event takes place over two days in the spacious and bright hall at First Baptist 1839 Hammonds Plains Road, but you can decide for yourself what fits your schedule best - if you can't come and stay over Friday night, that's OK - you can just do the full day Saturday.

Look At What You'll Be Crafting With:
We have loads of crafting fun in store with hand selected fun-fold and 3D projects that will delight you in so many ways. Each attendee will be receiving the "Thoughtful Journey" Bundle which includes stamps and dies, and the absolutely stunning 6x6 Designer Series Paper pack. These are yours to keep. You will also receive card bases and loads of other coordinating project materials to help complete the projects we have designed for you.

FRIDAY 3-8PM
After you load in and get your table space all set up, we will begin with some light crafting fun and a Pick & Choose "???" Crafting Session and social get-to-know-you activities. That will be followed up with our fabulous "LUCKY HAND" card game with lots of fantastic prizes to be won! We will have refreshment Friday evening as well.

If you're making a get-away weekend of it, you may wish to stay overnight in multiple nearby hotels and come back in the morning refreshed and ready for a full fun day. (Hotel stay is not included in your event fee. We will include a list of reservation phone numbers and locations of the most convenient places in your confirmation email).

SATURDAY 9AM - 8PM
We will be starting bright an early with hot beverages and the unveiling of the Main Retreat Crafting Package featuring products from the "Thoughtful Journey Suite Collection". We will have a full day with lots of fully prepared crafting projects. We will have table gifts, special treats, door prizes and prize patrol for everyone throughout the day. At Home attendees will find table gifts, pre-selected door prizes and prize patrol in their boxes too.

Something Old, Something New, Something Flowered..... this new suite of products works so well with all kinds of current and retired floral themed sets - especially all our other "Meadow" ones. We encourage you to bring along any sets you may own as you may see opportunity to use stamps, sentiments and die-cut elements from them in your projects.

April 15 Early-Bird Registration Prize
Register and pay in full by April 15th to be entered into our draw for a Simply Scored Scoring Tool - Value $49. This tool is really handy when you're working on fun-fold cards and fold-up projects with lots of score lines.

Your Event Fee Includes:

All crafting supplies - including the Thoughtful Journey Bundle & Designer Series Paper $130 in product value (while supplies last - some substitutions may have to be made if certain items run out)
Your own 6 foot crafting table for the entire event.
3 rounds of Lucky Hand with a chance to win great prizes. (for those attending in-person Friday evening)
Fun table gifts throughout the weekend!
Door prizes and prize patrol for everyone throughout the event.
Refreshments on Friday evening.
Soup & Sandwich Buffet lunch on Saturday.
Hot Dinner on Saturday.
Coffee, Tea, Water and snack station throughout the event.
Tool Stations (cutting, embossing, trimming) for you to use to complete your projects.

** Use special code "nofood" if you have a special diet and will provide your own meals.

PAYMENT
Total retreat cost is $219 In person - $224 At-Home Box. Your non-refundable $130 deposit is required at registration to secure your crafting product order. The balance of your fees is required no later than Sunday April 28th when registration closes.

If you do not complete your final registration payment to attend the event, you will still receive your crafting product (pick up in Upper Tantallon or pay $20 to have it shipped) but you will forfeit door prizes, prize patrol, table gifts and other event attendee perks.

In the event something comes up that you cannot attend after you have registered, you can either transfer your registration to someone else (taking payment from them and letting us know the change), or you can request that we make your retreat an At-Home Box shipped to your home address.
