Merry Little Christmas Card
Over the weekend I worked on my third design for the Christmas Card Club on Monday, Sep 18th, featuring Carols of Christmas Bundle. I came accross Rachel Tessman's post and decided to give her card my own spin.
So here are my two cards, you mig ht want to head over to my facebook page to watch the video I posted.
Measurements and supplies:
Score 1/2 sheet of CS, at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4", fold along lines, create Z.
For the white card I used Thick Whipser White CS: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", 3 1/4" x 3"
For inside panel, Basic Black CS: 3 1/4" x 3" and Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper: 3' x 2 3/4" & scrap piece for star. Merry Little Christmas DSP was used for front panel 2" x 5 3/8" and inside behind front label: 2" x 3"

Where did Summer 2017 go?
Hello Stampers,
It feels like I just put away our clothes for the cool season to make room for light and airy summer outfits, but when I check my calendar, that was almost four months ago. End of August marks end of summer, school starts in a few days, we can see the first fall and Halloween decorations on display in various stores, and night-time temperatures are dropping almost daily. One sure sign of fall is Stampin' Up!'s Holiday Catalogue being released to customers all over the world.
My pre-order arrived at the 10th of August, let me tell you: I have not stopped playing, creating and looking at all the new product I received. Of course everyone has their favorites, so do I, but do I really have to rank my picks?
Looking at all the Holiday product I have to say I love the Carols of Christmas bundle, but it should not count, as it was available to pre-order, right? But SU did not stop at the bundle, we are getting a complete suite of coordinating product to help us make card, tags, gift packaging and memory keeping.
Watch the video here and see for yourself:
If you'd like to see these goodies in real, come to my Holiday Catalogue Launch Party on Saturday, September 9th from 4pm to 6pm. You will see new product and samples I made with it, you get to make your own little card and tag, meet friends, enjoy a hot beverage and some sweets. And if you are lucky, you might even win one of my door prizes. All orders placed on that day qualify for BOGOF from my Retired List, which means you get to pick items up to the value of your order before shipping & tax.
I'd love to see many of you at my event, your personal copy of the Holiday catalogue is waiting for you.
In the meantime, be happy, and create & stamp!

Scrapbooking Global August Blog Hop
Hello from Nova Scotia, on Canada's East Coast, where we are surrounded by the ocean, the landscape is wonderfully varied, and people are friendly, welcoming, love to sign, dance and party.
Canada 150 is a good reason to celebrate, and there are plenty of events all over the province to honour this beautiful country's birthday.
When I first layed eyes on Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper, I had flash-backs to my childhood, and knew I would find a good use for this bright and cheerful design.
My layout also features the Memories & More Cards Pack and Color Theory DSP, all part of the Color Theory Suite. Muskoka chairs and maple leaves were cut out with Seasonal Layers Thinlits dies.
Number of Years stamp set coordinates well with Large Numbers and Large Letters Framelits, of course I had to include Happy Birthday Thinlits (can't get any easier that that!)
Thanks for your visit to my website and blog, create and stamp and have a happy day!
Christine
