Upper Tantallon, Nova Scotia

I sorted through my supplies to identify all my retiring product, the vase stamp sets and coordinating builder punch made it into my basket. So I would like to share some ideas designed by Stampin’ Up! and created with the retiring Varied Vases Stamp Set (item 146644) and Here's a Card Stamp Set (this one will carry-over).

The "Simply the Best" card shows the possibilities of this set. The artist used Petal Pink, Poppy Parade and Whisper White card stock paper, background sponging is done in Calypso Coral, stamped the flower in black ink, the vase in Smoky Slate, and the sentiment was stamped in Versa Mark and heat embossed in white. The frame was created using Stitches Rectangle dies (item 145581), .The little twine ribbon adds a soft finishing touch to this lovely card. The stamps used are from the Varied Vases set.
The "May Your Heart" card uses both the Varied Vases and the Here’s a Card Stamp Set (item 149438). Adding a greeting set always gives you more options! Cardstock used for this card is Pool Party,, Calypso Coral and Whisper White. Background flowers are stamped on Pool Part, vases in Night of Navy and the sentiment in Calypso Coral. Squares are die cut with Layering Squares dies (item 141708). Adding Iridescent Sequins is all you need to make it sparkle even more.
The "Happy Birthday" card gives you a great example of a card using only a greeting stamp from the Here’s a Card Stamp Set. To make this card I will use Thick Whisper White and Mint Macaron cardstock, Ornate garden Specialty DSP and - surprise - Gingham ribbon in one of our new In-Colours, available to everyone on June 3rd! The sentiment is stamped in Versa Mark and heat embossed in white. The tag was die cut using Stitched Nested Labels dies (item 149638)
