Come shop for hand-made goods of all types for your holiday gift-giving. Large selection of vendors and product types - Bargains, deals and treasures of all kinds to be found in this event open to everyone.
Doors open to the public from 10AM to 1PM. $2 admission at the door for adults gets you a ticket in our door prize draw for a gift box filled with fun crafty and hand-made items supplied by our wonderful vendors.
Plenty of onsite parking - Wheelchair Accessible. First Baptist Church Hammonds Plains 1839 Hammonds Plains Road. Directly across from Hatfield Farms.

This crafting event is for all types of locally hand-made crafts for holiday gift-giving. This is NOT a Vendor fair.
6 Foot Tables $25 single or $40 for double - Max 2 tables per vendor
ONLY 23 tables available! - all first come first serve.
Payment for your spot MUST be e-transferred immediately! We will NOT hold spots for people. You will receive back an immediate email response upon hitting the REGISTER button at the bottom of this form. Doors open to vendors at 9AM for load in - you must be ready to go at 10AM when doors open to the public! You are responsible to load in and set up your own space. You must keep your tables and products set up for sale until we close the doors to the public. NO EARLY PACKING UP! as this is not fair to shoppers who arrive near the close and pay to get in.
Please bring your own table coverings, display stands. signage, cash box, bags, boxes, etc. There is WiFi available for card processing on your device. If you need electricity, please bring your own extension cords, power bars, etc. There are limited wall plugs available.
You or your designated representative should be prepared to remain at your table and in control of your goods at all times - we will not be providing security or monitoring of any kind, and will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
We advertise our craft markets in The Masthead News, on local radio station community events pages, and through as many social media channels and groups as we can. We encourage ALL our vendors to reach out to their customer bases and share the event on social media as well. If you know of FB Groups or pages we should be advertising on - please let us know.
Registrations are non-refundable once made, but you are free to transfer your registration to another crafter so long as you get in touch with us to let us know in advance. We do not try to regulate or give exclusivity of product types to vendors - we're all in this together for the fun of our craft, and we can all market collectively.
You are asked to supply an item for the door prize gift basket. Drawing for this will take place at the close of the event. Please feel free to package your business card or any other seller information, catalogues, etc. with your item so the winner knows where the gifts come from, and how to reach out to you.
