Spring Crop

We have put together the ultimate crafting event that offers crafting in whatever way you like it best. Starting with our beloved CROP format, we offer a full day in our spacious and bright hall for you to craft as you like.  Bring along whatever crafting or creating supplies and projects you want to work on for the day - paper crafting - card making - sewing - knitting, etc.  Everyone welcome.

Our Basic Full Day Crop Cost is just $25



For those that want some easy self-directed crafting projects, choose our Add-on Ephemera Card Buffet. Make 10 cards from the included supplies in your ephemera pack - pick and choose your card bases. Lots of selections and choices for what your cards will look like. You will receive one sheet from each of the four NEW Ephemera packs, and a choice of 10 printed card bases and envelopes.

If you are like instructed crafting or larger more complex projects, choose to add on one or both of our Project Classes. Christine will teach one, Kevin the other. These classes will take about an hour each - one taught in the morning, one in the afternoon.  All supplies and materials will be provided, and some extra product will be included.

CLASS ONE - Round We Go Cards  $20

Make three fun all occasion cards and get to play with the new Round We Go Bundle featuring fun 3D rosette designs.

CLASS TWO - Spotlight On Nature Cards & Box  $20

Make 2 beautiful cards and decorate a box with elements from the new Spotlight on Nature bundle featuring beautiful circle dies with detailed edges. 








Doors open at 9AM at the church hall. This bright, open space is wheelchair accessible, and there is plenty of parking.  Snack station with hot beverages, cold water and treats available all day.  Microwave and fridge in kitchen for lunches.  We are so excited to let you know that the hall has all new full-spectrum LED lighting and Hi-Speed WiFi available throughout the whole hall.

  • You receive your own 6-foot table space to work at
  • Tables can/will be grouped together in blocks for group crafting with friends.
  • Please be "scent sensitive" No heavy perfumes, body sprays, etc.
  • dress in layers in case you get too cool/hot as the temperature in the room could vary throughout the day as the sun comes in the windows.
  • If you require power at your seat to run a machine, please bring your own extension cord, power bar and duct tape.  There are LIMITED plug sockets available on the walls and tables are in the centre of the room.
  • If you want to bring your tablet or laptop to watch crafting videos online, please also bring your headphones so the sound doesn't disturb other crafters.
  • Please bring your own supplies, tools, machines for the projects you have planned to work on - we do not provide tool stations or shared equipment at crops.
  • There will be a small cash and carry table with some basic items like kits and adhesives in case you run out.
  • Please feel free to bring along any gently used, open, partial crafting supplies you have that you want to sell - other crafters might be interested. Put your name on your items and we will have a sale table you can put them on. 
  • Please bring your own lunch and snacks (microwave and fridge on-site) - or you can visit one of the many nearby restaurants, cafe's, food truck, pizza, seafood, etc.
  • Coffee, Tea and Water will be provided all day. 
  • Registrations are non-refundable, but you are free to transfer your registration to another crafter for the same event, so long as you get in touch with us to let us know in advance.

The church hall is centrally located on Hammonds Plains Road right across from Hatfield Farms, just a short distance from Vernon's Diner, Acadian Fish & Chips and only a short drive either direction to numerous other food outlets and restaurants.

We always have a 50/50 Giveaway - both halves given away.  Buy as many tickets as you like for the draw. Two winners will each receive half the proceeds towards a Stampin' Up! product order (before shipping and hst, which is the winners responsibility).  Tickets are $1 each and will be available at the event, but you can pre-purchase them at a discount with your registration below if you like.

This will be a really fun day - if you've been to one of our events before, you know we spoil you in every way possible. We will have some fantastic Door Prizes throughout the day, and we will play some games as well.
