This fun one-day event  includes six personally instructed classes that teach you a new technique, fold, project style or secret to produce six great projects. We include all the product and materials, a printed tutorial sheet and each class includes bonus product or tools that you get to keep so you can make more on your own - value of $90

There will also be some time for you to work on your own projects, plenty of games, prizes, draws, outside presenters, demos and more – AND Everybody wins with PRIZE PATROL!  Because we are including all six classes, you don't need to bring your whole craft room with you, there just won't be time.  Pack a small bag and bring one or two small projects to keep you busy in-between our offerings. 

You will need to bring your standard toolbox to complete class projects: blocks, shammy, wipes, adhesive, snips, bone folder, personal trimmer if you prefer, any other tools you like to have handy right at your spot.  There will of course be the entire studio of tools to use as well.

Your registration fee includes:

• Your own designated crafting space - bring one project of your own to work on

• Access to a lending library of stamp sets, ink, punches, tools & dies

** No meals are included - please bring your own lunch and dinner, or plan time
to drive down to the plaza (7 mins) where there are lots of fast food options.

** In the event of inclement weather, or if you are unable to attend at the last minute - we have you taken care of.  You will still receive all the class materials, bonus product, tutorials, prize patrol items, and you will still be entered in all the draws for prizes.  Your package will be available for pick-up at the studio any time after the event.


Six Included Classes:

1 Fun Shaker Cards
Learn how to make fun and tactile shaker cards, and put together this adorable bird feeder card. Class includes a full sheet of  window sheet acetate, a half pack of foam strips to keep and a printed tutorial.



2 Pop-Up Card-In-A-Box
Make and decorate a clever Pop-Up card with a box of colourful sparkly flowers and greenery that fits in an envelope and can be mailed. Includes all supplies, a Wink of Stella pen to keep and a printed tutorial. (sorry - Wink of Stella never photographs well - but the flowers really are all glittery...)



3 3D Flip-Panel Card
Make a pretty rhinestone embellished Flip-Panel card and learn a quick no-fuss technique to create and colour your own background faux-dsp with those small floral stamps you never know what to do with. You'll use watercolour pencils and blender pens. Includes all supplies, a half pack of Petal Pink Rhinestones, a Blender Pen to keep and a printed tutorial.



4 Copper Tea Tin Card Set
Decorate a fun copper tea tin and a set of colourful mini note cards & envelopes to make this gorgeous gift set. Class includes all supplies, a copper tin & 12 colourful mini note cards with scalloped envelopes.



5 Gift Card Purse 
Make and decorate this pretty purse with a hidden magnetic closure that has two inside pockets – one for a small gift, gift card or a tea bag, and one for a notecard or special personal message. Includes all supplies and a half pack of colourful tassels, 1 pack of 20 peel-and-stick disc magnets and 1 yard of ribbon.



6 No-Glue Notecard Wallet
Learn the secret fold to make a pretty note card wallet from a single piece of designer paper with no glue or cutting. Includes all supplies and a full pack of 20 notecards and envelopes.



Two Additional Demonstrations Will Be Offered:

CRICUT DEMONSTRATION: Helen Corbett will be giving us a FREE demonstration on vinyl cutting using a Cricut machine, and how to apply it to a tote bag to personalize it.  If you like, you may purchase a tote bag from Helen at the event and she will help you do one yourself. Cost is $15

SCAN AND CUT DEMONSTRATION:  Diane Briggs will be doing a FREE demonstration of her Brother Scan and Cut machine and it's versatility to automatically scan and find all the images and fussy-cut them out of Stampin' Up's beautiful DSP.  For a small fee to cover wear and tear on her blades and machine, you can have a sheet of your own DSP automatically fussy-cut.  So, bring your favourite DSP and some spare change.
